Sugar Land Area Artists is a visual and fine arts society committed to promoting the visual and fine arts in the Sugar land and Fort bend Communities. As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we are a group of friendly artists who join together to:

• Talk about and study techniques, media and style at monthly meetings and workshops
• Sponsor juried art shows and competitions for artists at all skill levels and mediums
• Coordinate exhibitions to provide our members a venue to showcase their art
• provide academic scholarsihps to students who have declared a major in the Fine Arts

We are a proud member of the Lone Star Art Guild, which is an association of 23 art societies with over 1,000 members within a 200-mile radius of Houston, Texas.
